Our Kung Fu originates from the Chinese Shaolin Temple. With the purpose of quickly training battle-field-ready warriors, the Shaolin masters drew from their collective experience to flush out only the best, most effective principles, strategies and techniques to form the Ving Tsun system. In relative secrecy, safeguarded by the true Grandmasters, the Kung Fu has been carefully handed down over Hundreds of years, generation to generation. We teach this Kung Fu today, of the most pure and honest form, unchanged by our own ideas.
Through studying the open hand forms, Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Bil Ge, students develop battle-field-tested fighting skills and gain mastery over their bodies and minds. Study of the Wooden Dummy develops the arms and legs to become hardened, precision-fighting instruments. Weapons training develops an added level of control and power that can be channeled through to the hands for knock-out power and accuracy. Via the traditional 2 man drills, students become proficient and comfortable with close quarters combat.
Our program is focused on leading students through the Ving Tsun martial arts system so that they may, through their own hard work, develop their own true Kung Fu.
